Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Anuroop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, protective bags, and accessories are included to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
